Terms of use

Kite is a design tool: you and the agents you connect make design files in it and share them with a link. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your content

You own what you make and add to Kite. You give Kite permission to store it and show it to the people you share it with. You are responsible for having the rights to share it and for what it contains.

What you can't do

Don't use Kite to make or share malware, phishing pages, illegal content, or content that harasses or harms others. Don't try to break the service or access other people's files. We remove content that breaks these rules and may close accounts that do.

Links and access

Anyone with a link to a file set to "Anyone with the link" can open it. Use Share if you need control over who sees it.

Availability

Kite is provided as is. We work hard to keep it up, but we don't guarantee uptime or that files are never lost. Keep your own copy of anything important.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app.
